Was sure there was a thread created on this before but couldn't find it. What is the longest running pirate on London's airwaves non-stop (or at least pretty much)?

In terms of continuous transmission, couldn't tell you. In general however, i think i remember lightening being mentioned as possibly the longest running?

You are right but only from 1998 till 2000 lightning was off so if you say non stop completely then I think it is station 89.8 from January 1991

How long has Genesis been on? I first picked it up around early 93 and as far I know it had been on for a good few years until then.
