I'm currently sitting in an old communist block in arad, Romania, with the director of the local TV network.. I'm asking him about pirate radio here and he hasn't got a clue.. Given the city is flat, loads of Tower blocks.. I'd say the place could be amazing..

Does anyone know if there's anything local here? I could just check the band but I've no idea if they are legit or not..

Also, heading to Budapest in a few days, anything of interest there?
