Good Frequencies

Looking for good frequencies to use.
Tyne and Wear, Newcastle and Gateshead area.
Any help will be appreciated.

Check to see whats in use in your area, try to stay at least 0.2 away. Ideally 0.3.

Assuming in Newcastle theres no other pirates on air. If there is then try to stay 0.2 to 0.3 away from them too.

Once you've found a channel you think is clear then drive up the nearest hill and check it really is.

Also try to stay away from 87.7 if you can. Its used for RSLs which won't be on any of the list sites and you might not be able to hear them, but youll still wipe them out with a high power rig.

As Jvok stated you really need to have a listen. Doubt you would have much accept commerical stations up there?

Another ideal is to look for online receivers
