I have never heard of them and i dont think I have seen it mentioned anywhere, is it a local Basildon station on low power or something ? I think if council start taking your stuff they will carry on doing it if they dont want you in the area they will keep on and on, once and area is hotted up like that i always think its best to move area's. councils are in that area every single day aswell remember you cant hide an aerial from them

You can hide aerials - just use a ⅞-wave groundplane, and it'll look like a CB aerial!

I've also used "improvised J-poles". The trick is to understand the principles of the J-pole and to build a kit that can use any old piece of vertical metal! I've even used the pole of the communal TV aerial as the radiator in a quick "hit-and-run" J-pole lash-up. Most council workers will only have ever seen dipoles, so anything different probably isn't "pirate".

I think Beatz was one of two stations using 88.2 earlier on in the year, and there was some beef going on, some guy posting threats on one of the stations shoutbox.
