Used to be able to hear Shake on the hills north of Worthing down here on the west Sussex coast with a clear signal. That's not bad going, if I get the chance to check up there again I'll see if I can hear Demand but have a feeling I won't...

You won't. Demand barely even get out of south Essex these days! Don't think they push quite as much power as Shake did.

Does anyone actually know what's happened to Shake btw?

If people want to switch on a radio transmitter and go unnoticed, maybe they shouldn't switch on a radio transmitter!

Oh? So has the rise / demand merger finished? That would maybe explain why there hasn't been any live shows on 98.3 recently. That's a shame, they had started to get a rotation of live djs on there including some good shows. Where I am, 98.3 was basically all I can hear (could also get shake when it was on). 92.1 seems like a good station but they are patchy or non-existent signal here. Just too far away from London to get London stations clearly too [CRYING FACE]
