Do you have any info for when they're likely to be on? Interested to hear myself

Radio Overdrive should be on today from midday.
Give it a try then.

No sign of Overdrive on 100.8 at my QTH or anywhere around Cheshire. If they were broadcasting then they are definitely not covering Concept/Central's area.

Concept on 100.8 currently.

Concept on 100.8 currently.
No sign of Overdrive here either.

FYI, Concept are on TuneIn. Just ask Alexa / Google to ‘Play Concept Radio’

Picked up Overdrive very weak on 100.8 in crewe yesterday around 5pm. Signal strength was basically unlistenable from one end of town to the other but this is the best I could get. Not really my cup of tea but good to hear a live show on air either way.

Got a little bit stronger as I drove out towards chester on the a51, also mentions a reception report from knutsford so maybe their coming from somewhere north of crewe. Patchy coverage seems more like their too low to the ground rather than just low power. DJ mentioned being up on a ridge with an extension mast but not sure thats helping much.

They went off at 6 after which I could pick up Concept which I think was on the rest of the night.

I am not certain but I would say a good 30 miles from the Tx so not too bad

Caught Overdrive again this afternoon, good strong signal all across north/central cheshire almost as far as south manchester. So I'd say their not in crewe but maybe somewhere around northwich/winsford way

I don't think their signal will bother Concept or Carousel on 100.8. They seem a good distance away from both those stations

As jock mentioned he got it almost as fat a south Manchester.
I know Catousel can be heard from Manchester airport to at least Cheshire or sms, so loosely o agree there seems to be no overlap, isn’t concept mainly broadcasting in central and outlet Merusude Liverpool
Carousel didn’t combine this weekend even though the did stare it would be on every last Sunday of each month , concept do bank holidays (although some hear them pop up random other days
Overdrive says prior to their frequency change to 109.8 from 106.5 where they say they were 25hts for the past 3.5 years - anyway they were heard ebrntuallbon Saturday and ? Sunday ? And the bank 🇺🇦 didn’t they say they were going to avoid bank holidays . post - thanks clearly changed

Who has heard all three ?
Sony ST 920 QS

It seems all three stations are not causing problems with their respective target areas, so clearly there isn't a problem. I can only hear Overdrive on that frequency and they're not that strong to me at my QTH. I can't hear either Carousel or Concept.

Think this is in wrexham somewhere. Picked them up playing a pretty solid alt rock/hard rock mix with a text to speech voiceover which i think was being written live because it mentioned some technical issues right after they happened. Carried on til 8 then switched to tone which was still on air last i checked, so maybe theyll be back on tomorrow

Good effort overall imo but could really do with an actual human voice instead of the tts

The tone is still present now. I thought it was local interference at first. Will have a listen out tomorrow

carousel on 100.8 again, so took a drive about to see what the coverage is, i drove into Liverpool but lost it after Knowsley, then drove up the m62 then north on m6, got upto the m58 skelmersdale turn off and lost it, then turned around was strong through wigan/leigh then onto the m56 but had to give up due to not having money on me to buy petrol, but strong in Stretton. Next time will try going m6 south

Overdrive on 100.8 today, audible all around Crewe, Winsford, Northwich. Don't think the presenter is a fan of the Royals, wasn't exactly saying the most positive things about them...

Nothing on 100.8 here today.

A station IDing as "Free Radio" (presumably FRL) was on 87.5 this morning with seemingly a live presenter. Decent signal to my place in South Liverpool. Not heard it this afternoon or evening though and no sign of Concept/Central this weekend.

Good to hear the op is keeping to the roots of the station in the Skyport/Corsair Network, the presenter broadcast Workers Radio 78 on 6260kHz on May 7th 45 years ago almost to the day

Tuned in late afternoon but nothing my way.

There was something on 87.7 on Saturday afternoon though. Couldn't listen long enough for an ID but I'm fairly confident it was Radio Waves.
