Could be house FM.

House FM is on 100.3, if you're receiving all those Dutch and Belgian stations I expect 100.4 was probably one of those.
I have been receiving the same 102.1 regularly around here on the West Sussex coast and hearing Dubstep/House/DnB loads of random stuff on there.
