Hello!

Post by Nige from Brum » Mon Nov 06, 2023 8:45 am

Hi All,

I've been reading the posts on here for a couple of years, thought it was actually time I joined!

Pirate radio, as a listener has been a big part of my life since the mid 80's. however I have put several low power FM rigs on the air over the years for my own amusement.

I firmly fit into the anorak side of things and love nothing more than tuning round MW & SW hunting for pirates.
I know the Dutch MW pirates aren't everyone's cup of tea, but this is the main focus of my listening these days.

I also enjoy experimenting and have built a few transmitters over the years with varying degrees of success.

Look forward to interacting with you all

Nige

Welcome Nige. There are too many "operators" these days - real pirates build their own gear!
"Why is my rig humming?"
"Because it doesn't know the words!"
