low pass filter of elenos for the one who want to experiment like me i post all necessary files but can anyone say how much could be dimensions of pcb layout

From Fotoshop the largest coil is 32.5mm long in the first image, the text in the third image says it should be 13mm which is 2.5 times smaller. Dividing the overall size of the layout image gives 90x45mm near as damn it. The dimensions are not critical so long as the clearance for the capacitors is correct.

You can improve the filter performance by putting earthed screens between the coils. The screens need to be at least the diameter of the coils away from those coils, to prevent loading the coils and lowering their "Q".
