Just had a quick scan and found

88.2 rude fm rds carrier not very strong tho
99.1 silent carrier
101.5 silent carrier
103.0 was getting a silent carrier in places and in other places strong bleeping which actually made me pull my earphones out

No sign of project / or kool though
