It's NOT new. It's just the old designs hacked together into a single unit.
Looking at the composite circuit diagram, the immediately obvious errors are amusing:
There are two of his limiter / clippers, but no coupling between channels, so the stereo image will wander around in a truly horrible way.
He's tried to do a 15kHz lowpass filter after each of the limiters. The DC conditions of the first op-amp in each channel will vary as the 5k mod controls are altered - he's probably introducing some very nasty rail-bashing clipping there.
He's hacked together two stages of filtering with some big (220µ) capacitors in the way, and had to bias the capacitors, which (again) will upset the DC working point of the subsequent op-amps.
There are many more errors.....
