Any body have any more information on this MOINESTI station which is showing a whopping 92-96dB on this tuner??
(signal almost off the scale, like it's coming from the same house!!)

....I see on your list it says 7watts (0.007) for them, where did you get this information from?
I haven't seen anyone else mention this station at all on here and it's clearly a pirate with RDS changing from "MOINESTI" to "87.7 FM" every couple of seconds.
Oh and it sounded out of link the other day with just hissing unlinked and with no RDS showing, but signal still whacking around 95dB

Anyway I'll try and fill/correct some of those missing gaps on your list.

Got it from that Polish radiolista site. Someone else on there claims to be picking up Manx radio in Warsaw !

Thought it might be an RSL (temp licence) station but they're usually 25 watts ?

If the 7watts figure is correct they're either only covering a small part of London or have a very good site ?

It's definitely not an RSL or licenced station and definitely pirate.
No idea on coverage area but not seen anyone else mention them so maybe just coming from a house or low site using low power.
One thing's that's for 100% certain though, is it's VERY close to that SDR online tuner.
