I can hear something now and its weaker than livefm were

Just had a blank carrier in stereo on there, much stronger than before. Seems to have switched off now but it was crystal clear on the tuner.

87.5 in stereo? It will never be allowed to stay if that is true because surely it would drop even further of the legal fm broadcast band

Ah those were great days. *stereo*. Unless you was on top it was barely worth it. Solar kicked ass when it was about in stereo. Super clear. Then Kiss 94 boomed out with a distinctive sound I remember. Dayzzz

When I used to live in or much closer to London I regularly used to hear PMR Taxi radio on 87.5, does anyone still hear this on 87.5?

....Yes I know FM broadcast is Wide FM mode and PMR radio is Narrow Band FM mode so it's probably transmitting a tiny bit lower than 87.5 but perfectly clear on 87.5 with a Wideband FM receiver.

(But from what I remember, unless I picked up a 'repeater' then I only heard one half of the 2-way conversation/comminication because the Base station and mobile frequencies run in Duplex/different off-set frequencies)

I think it is livefmuk because they had the same mixes from a dj called SG earlier in the week which was same cd live had last time round but it is different cd section for the past 4 or 5 days

Getting 2 signals tonight one was playing garage n the other is a silent carrier, the silent carrier is a stronger signal by far though
