The pins are numbered from 1 to 16, from left to right. Just match the numbers up with J5 on the Pira schematic.

sorry i was having probles everytime i logged to the forum i have to reset the password etc...
the pins connection is easy i post them on pira forum ,how strange u did not find .they are pin to pin 1 to 1
2 to 2
etc...

got abit of a problem here..wont seem to be locking on frequency ..on the frequency counter it was reading 107.75..so its missing half a mhz it wont lock on 107.8 its always halve never on a full frequency...for refrence this aint a frequency im useing its for a example..voltage on q4 transistor has to b 7.05 volts.. i set it to that the voltage drops it goes to one vòlt to 7 volts .. and the frequency jumps to one end of the band to another..ive even tuned q4 transistor to 9 volts and still nothing it just dont like locking up..the crystal is a 6.4 mhz and i use the 64 hex file..anyone could help that be great..

without posting any video or any picture for the magical transmitter ,that should work at a glance .post pictures....

its missing half a mhz <<< No it is missing 50 khz and not 500khz ,blindly i would suggest to look around the quartz clock to see 6.4mhz or 6400khz.

the crystal is 6.4.mhz .it a kon064....6.400mhz....there is a capacitor c36 i will try a lower capacitor ..if that dont work i will try a higher value capacitor.. thanks for replying..

Maybe you could put a trimmer capacitor there instead to adjust the frequency?

tried the trimming capacitor ..changed the 27pf which was c36 and lowerd the capacitance higherd the capacitance still no joy.. still not locking up anyone else with any suggestions thanks..

Are you generating the amount of RF you expect? Are you generating a signal inside Band II?

The most likely problem is that your PIC code is wrong.

the rf is good on broadcast band .i mite changeto 32 hex file and change the crystal to 3.2 mhz just have to look around on the internet for a 3.2mhz crystal..
