There are lots of 807's available on ebay, usually from Eastern Europe. The bases are a bit harder to get and always were a bit harder to get even back in the day. A friend of mine used to araldite the valve bases into the chassis so that the valves were upright and then solder directly to the valve pins. Another used to araldite the 807's sidways to a flat sheet of metal and then solder directly to the pins. Since you hardly ever had to change the valves, if ever, this worked ok.
