Before it went off a couple of days ago it was broadcasting a horrible buzzing noise that even the Sony XDR-F1HD couldn't eliminate 100 kHz up on 87.6.

I've just noticed it now has RDS with a PS name of FAZE_FM_.

Yeah, Birdlip is the same distance from it so I guess it was what I had in the car.

Yeah damb shame the station is off was sounding heavy here in Winchester. Techniqs is it really that funny it's off ?Anuff love to the Pirates doin there thing. Ashame as I have not heard any pirates this way since For at least 6 years.

I just thought it was funny that is keeps going off and coming back on, sounds like they might be having a few issues.

What stations did you used to hear around there, would Unknown South 89.4 be the one you mean?
I'm sure this new station has something to do with them, I'm certain I've met some of them many years ago.

Yer unknown was wicked back in the day. And it seems faze has some issues, I Know a couple of the guys that were on unknown how did you meet up with them ? I have noticed a few different pirates in the south and talking with them seem most of them stopped due to people sabotageing there shit ! You get the odd few that go around wrecking stuff for no reason I honestly don't get that for the love of pirate radio.

I'm talking way back before the Unknown days, they had another thing running getting on for almost 15 years back. One of them was called Nick but I have no idea what his MC name was, the other dude was called Sublow or Subz.

I am right down in the South West of the UK, Dorchester to be precise. Would be nice if that signal reached here. Might have to plug the dipole into the radio when we have some high conditions
