I thought as much, I think those resistors will be fine. If you increase the power supply to the amp you'll get more power out of it but I realise you kept the voltage down to avoid overloading the input. Your power readings are probably quite accurate seeing as the PA board wanted 15v instead of 12v.

This power output is ok for broadband matched amp. You will get slightly more if you change fixed capacitors with variable ones and tweak them for each frequency.
