Sinus 1watt PLL

When I said run free I meant can you manually tune the oscillator to that frequency but it doesn't lock, and for measuring the voltage on pin 8 (FFM) - if the voltage is too large or too small here is can fail to lock.

I get what you mean but there seems to be some confusion here?

FFM is the RF input from the oscillator, Pin 6 (Out) the phase comparator output or Varicap control voltage is what i think you mean?

The purple trimmer has reached its limit and will not tune any further (Full plate mesh)
