I think JLC only build the SMD component not other parts but maybe i’m wrong

You can't - there is only composite / modulated RDS output on RB3. Could divide crystal signal from OSC1, but won't be phased to internal 57kHz.

It's internal to the PIC, so you can't.

My approach is to generate the 4864kHz for the stereo coder, and the 57kHz (three times the stereo pilot), using some logic and PLL ICs from a common crystal. My stereo coder is 8X oversampled, so I also need other multiples of the 19kHz as well, all of which are divided directly from the 4864kHz. The phase accuracy of the RDS generator causes a slmall problem, because the RDS coded signal is square coming out of the PIC, so has to be lowpass filtered to remove all the harmonic products. The filter - because of the way all filters work - introduces phase delays of its own, which has to be compensated for in the stereo coder clock signals....

The idea of a "simple" stereo coder and RDS generator really is a non-starter!

Thanks for the reply , I have already phased stereo generator with rds T -1 to +1 phase degree with a monitor to control the phase if it deviate for a reason , but i want to see if i can do that with this mini rds , but seems a NO .here is my video .
