If your struggling to lock your pira then just stretch out coil 1 a bit then you should be able to go to say 108 at top

If your using 3.2mhz crystal then means 0.5 steps

If so 3.2mhzcrysyal is used then make, sire you use pll32. Hex software. Or if its 6. 4mhz crystal then use pll64. Hex software

Have you built one yet rigmo ? Are the coils at the end those sqaure type with metal slug found online ?

Yes - the coils at the end would be the "Toko S18" type. Unfortunately, those wonderfully convenient inductors are getting hard to find. Toko stopped making them a few years ago. A couple of other companies made copies of the S18, so there are still some around. Toko used to make some marvellous components, including passive 15kHz lowpass filter modules, but seem to have gone in a different direction these days.

what does it look like originally? does it have a metal cover? how much induction is that?
