Are they both the same diameter? If you've got a decent set of drill bits, easiest way to measure is to see what the biggest bit is you can fit inside the coil
Hand wound coils are never exact anyway, that's why you've got to bend them a bit when tuning up
These coils are for exactly the same use in NRG RF circuits
They are both 3T x 5.5mm x 1.2mm
The only difference is the distance between the Hole Centers - therefore the actual length of the coil

That particular L3 is 2.5 turns (the crookedy one in the previous picture with the wrong length) - might be worth a shot rewinding it, but it's probably not going to cure everything...

I think it's only 2.5 turns (and not 3) because of hole center of 11.5mm instead of 7.6mm
