That's because nothing's on it apart from that which is out in Oxford. When Chav-it was on 991 it could be heard all over London.

Maybe no powerful station used it ? or all other side from me?

Last station I picked up was a station with the touch name the one run by station fms brother nick about 2000/2004 time?

There was Touch on 99.0 around that time, don't think it was ever on 99.1.

I think that 99.0 was yet another touch a garage station the brother nick touch was a station I liked and went to great lengths to pick up and I remember trying to get rid of 991 radio 1 and they moved to 94.0 for a short time before closing for good but I might have that the wrong way round could have been 94 first ,but 100% they were on 99.1 for a time.as for other touch fm it's possible because touch is the most used pirate name by far
