ofcom ain't fucking about of late, i have a feeling they have upped their game my pal in n.london had whole of hes roof stripped by them down to every last cable and new locks put on their roof doors. also heard of a lot more cases on people involved in setting stations up so it seems as if they are going all out detective to hit stations that way, tread carefully when setting up these days, social media wise too anyone who runs a station and brags about it on FB with their account on public for the world to see is treading dangerously, every lil bit of evidence adds up, its pretty crazy how they are going on like pirate radio is some serious criminal activity when its really not, they just seem to make out that it is

To be honest I've been pleasantly surprised by Funky SX. Its not actually all that bad. Only heard one presenter who lacked a bit of presentation skill but fair play to the guys they've actually done something constructive.
