Introducing myself

Hello,
Firstly many thanks to the board admins for accepting my registration; this certainly looks to be an interesting place
Well, to cut a long story short Ofcom finally caught up with me in 2005. They had a fat A4 file on me including surveillance pictures and took me to court for the harmless hobby I had been doing since 1979. The long face on the Ofcom prosecutor was hilarious when one of the magistrates commented on the Radio Caroline T-shirt I was proudly wearing that he used to enjoy listening when he was young. I was punished with an 18 month conditional discharge and had to pay £250 of the ludicrous £5000 costs they claimed. Of course I was back on the air within the next month.
Lets see if I can recall all the stations I was involved with. All in the Merseyside area:
Radio Jackie North
Radio Caroline North
Merseyland Alternative Radio
Radio Veronica
Night time 189
Radio Gnome Invisible
Weed FM
Radio Xanadu
I'm sure there are more but at my age the memory fails lol.
My microphone is currently retired but I do still have a 200 watt medium wave valve rig, so never say never again!
