That looks like it's been built for the higher end of the band.

I agree - looks like something you'd use for 144, however i've seen that layout before on a LDMOS device, think it'll go all the way down to 8v.. Very neat - well done

The main PA stage does definitely, modified for band II.

The main amp was on 144 mhz.
The pcb output coil track was cut and replaced with a 3 turn coil,
The base was replaced with different capacitance to bring it down to work on the top end of the broadcast band.
