hello ,any one of you guys know how this is interfaced or could be done ,by touch screen .i just found an old time this picture

Looks like a custom display. I don't think it's a full colour display made up of an array of pixels lie a computer monitor - it looks to me like a coloured LCD which has been tooled for a specific purpose. You can get LCDs like this for something like a $500 tooling fee. This makes driving it far less complex than you might think. It's probably driven via I2C or SPI from the PIC directly north of the header on the board.

nextion display this but how the hex is set to be in ,it is not about the display itself ,it is custumised via it is own software ,and this is also at high price
