Clock Behavior

Greetings Necks 
I have been looking at the data bus on the SAA1057 and it was not quite what I expected? The DLEN and DATA seem normal? But the CLOCK I would have thought to be more uniform? I understand that the CLOCK will have intervals to initiate instructions! am I missing something here?
Anyways take a look and see what you think?
