depends on what sizes your really looking for. So for you to do this you would have to make plates at something like 95mm long and 45mm wide then seperate the plates at 5mm gap between then it would give you around 6pf. now if I was to put gap between them at say 4mm it would rise to around 9pf and so closer they are the capacitance rises.anyways it's the area your looking for to make this work. so let's just say for instance 95x 45= 4275. That should do it
