hello as any one had ago at makeing this if so does the tsa5511 need programming .

No you program the pic that communicates with the 5511 via I2C.

here it is i have an output of 3,5w on double side ,if you do it and do get more output let e know ,i tried voltage between 12 to 13,8 same ,sound impecable to ,my transistor are genuine .the diode i use were bb105 .done 3 years ago

try this transistor 2n3375 push 1 to 2 watt in and get 10 watt out easy max power is 11 watts from what i remmber i was runing 12 to 16 volts ...2n3375 i had it as the final stage in a small mitter i had ..way back ..

i only have c1946a any pcb wide band is acceptable thanks if no no problem,i have no others choices

2N3375 is a 28V device. Running them at 12V gets you practically no useful gain at all! I used to use them as drivers - 2N3866 for 100mW in, 1 Watt out, into a 2N3375, then a 587BLY for the output. 90 Watts out every time at 27V supply (the transformers I used used to droop under load). That three-transistor PA was used by almost every station in the 80s! Give the PA 33V, and you could get as much as 120 Watts out, but they were really touchy at that kind of power.

radium98 what crystal did you use the 3.2mhz or 6.4 mhz crystal.

3.2 mhz for 50khz step.i did two txer and never use them yet ,only for short test,one in single side and other in double side .As you can see you cannot reach any other videos than mine ,and the quality seems good ,and pass the rds signal clearly .did not test with stereo coder ,i use a soft version wich seems pretty clean digitaly coded then a hardware one at low power ,surely rated at high power i prefer a hardware st version.good luck and let us now for result.

ok ive installed the 6.4 mghz hex file and the 6.4 crystal still waiting on some more parts if the 6.4 mghz crystal dont work out i will have to try the 3.2 mghz crystal cant seem to find any 3.2 mghz crytals on line..

it still in the makeing once its made and i no its working ok then i will change transistors..im still waiting on some parts from over seas so next month or so i will send u a update ..

can anyone help?im stuck on wireing the module lcd..so far ive got vss as ground,vdd as + volts,vo as pin 3,and A as led anode.and k as cathode been looking on internet but not found alot if anyone could help that would be great..
