for the 1st time in years 99.3 seems to be off ?

Why is it that they haven't been taken off for years? as some people are saying on here. What makes this station any different to any other pirate, find it all a bit strange really. Fair play to them that they come back on so quick but sometimes that isn't the best thing to do. A friend of mine would do the same thing get taken off and be back on in hours. But all they were doing is collecting evidence against the guy involved in the station, sometimes it best to admit defeat for the day and come back in the evening.

I know every station is different but a pirate is a pirate at the end of the day. So why is this??

Who says that they never get taken off, for all you know they could just bounce straight back again unnoticed like they always do?? All you are doing is trying to start rumours about Select being in with the Com which ain't true so stop talking shit!!!
Hardly anyone would have known they'd even gone off if it wasn't for this thread, Select just bounce straight back on no fucking about!!

I totally agree with you there.

FM not baiting anyone up! or suggesting anything on the lines of what you were cracking on about.

Just trying to start more rumours we've heard it all before, nothing strange about them coming back on and not waiting for another station to come on their dial.

They seem to be getting out as good as normal

993 are like a legal they sound like one and always keep on air like one

99.3 is never off In Essex because its just bloody RADIO 1 for me

99.3 always consistent. always listen in on a sunday. bang on dial.

yes there audio is nice. better than some legal stations

like capatal and x fm both have terrible audio compression and filtering.

If it wasn't for BBC R1 on the East Sussex coast I'd probably hear them down here on the coast.

Locking everywhere around London today every time I checked and audio sounds best of the best!!

in relation to streams, selects sounds better in my opinion. in relation to the fm side i couldn't tell you.

Wouldn't know as I have never picked up Flex around South East London, but how can there be any sounding better than Select, surely audio can't get any better than that, it's bang on perfect. Anyone who says it ain't doesn't have a clue about Sound quality.
