really surprised R1 97.9 not going over it even as its west to. in Essex just get R1 on 97.9 how come it doesn't wipe it out?

Because 97.9 radio 1 is from the Midlands and is only a problem down south when a lift occurs and you are unlucky if you have it in Essex but Essex is large you haven't said where? The northern part possibly?

I think it's a clever move. Very discoverable on the band. Banging audio and signal not to mention tunage!

97.9 has been used by pirates for about 30 plus years now nothing new and passion mostly before and I don't think that the present station are not related some how?

Divine is a killer station was listening to it last weekend strong signal all around North london
