Possible 10GHz WBFM project for fun?

Evening necks,
Been asked for help sourcing a couple of band 1 receivers for a small station doing something over Xmas but as I didn't have much joy with receivers and didn't fancy building from scratch I couldn't help them out. (Think they were going to test SDR dongle and pi which boots up the receiver on a set freq?)
Anyway, not sure if these modules have been mentioned before (I know the "HB" have) but during my research I came across this article from a ham radio clubs website of cheap 10GHz WBFM setup. Modules are sold on ebay as "microwave sensor doppler car house detectors for arduino's". How stable these modules are or the quaility but hopefully I'll find out soon as the two I order arrived today. Once I get the other components I'll give it a try so thought I would also share the article for those who wanted to give it a go
