guys i need a replacement to close and familiar to thses transistor small rf

BFY88 , it is used in an oscillator

2n3819 used in compressor

j310 ,used in RDVV

Cricklewood electronics have all 3 of those transistors in stock.

BFY88 = £2.00
2N3819 = £1.25
J310 = £2.50

You can also buy them from most other component sellers at about one tenth of the Cricklewood price. (Always used to be known as "cripple your wallet")

Just checked RS Online and didn't find one single match. I'll see If eBay has them, may not be genuine though or UK. We're see.

Aww, I bet there be snapped up in time. Sadly I'm got no use for them now. Well maybe for HF SSB Linear amp. :whistle

You can use the MMBFJ310 in place of the J310 -way cheaper that the J310! They are surface mount components, but aren’t too hard to solder with a bit of practice!
