Bounce 88 in Sheffield have made a return to the airwaves recently.. They have sorted their audio out and no longer overmodding but audio isn't as loud as the legal stations.. 106.9 used to run stereo until recently, not heard it for a few weeks! Maybe bounce pinched or bought the rig off 106.9, who knows.

Do you still hear any of these? is the john peel still going on 106.9, doesn't suppose its related to foul mouth fm as it would be on 106.8, think you can get the peel session's off ebay i've never listened to them, suppose people just liked his voice never understood it myself

No mate it's been gone long time.. Before they disappeared they were trying different frequencies,all over the dial and settled on 89.5 which spattered all over 89.3 radio 2 and within a couple of days was gone! I think their stupidity fetched ofcock out and took bounce off and 106.9 at the same time! The bloke that owned bounce ( Chuck chillout, very 80's i know) said on the Sheffield tribunal forum that he bought SCR when they packed it up..He also said there was no dance music on scr just reggae lol.. I think he likes his crack tbh.
