Dead carrier on 87.5

There's been a dead carrier on 87.5 again. I've been picking it up in Cowley, Oxford and also Abingdon area, not a 100% signal but reasonable.
Could this be the return of Raw Innocence or one of the related stations?
Anyone else noticed this as well?

No it isn't them it must be something else, any updates on this signal? Any audio yet?

Update on this carrier: Nothing there today (Thursday) but was there earlier this week.
Who knows?

Illusive slent carriers are considerably annoying especially when they are just left silent on purpose.

Was involved with the innocence management in Kent not sure if @@@@@ has brought it back

I have forgotten to mention it has been there again recently, within the last couple of weeks.
It'll be good to have something on again.
