SPE seems to happening everyday now, I head one that sounded eastern european, then I heard the words stereo mcs amongst the foriegn talking. i’m guessing they’ll be using fm for years to come with the war. I’ve heard on another forum frequencies below fm are been used less, lower frequencies are more likely to effected by eskip which is a shame, they'd sometimes hear music on 70mhz on their ham radio receivers.
