Best preset for the Optimod 6200

Hi guys, Just purchased a optimod 6200s from a lovely man in Doncaster. The preset that they are using is nice, but not enough bass in my opinion. Does anyone have a preset that is clear and crisp but bass heavy? Upgrading from a DSPX processor the bass seems a bit weak on this. If anyone could advise. Thanks!

One you make yourself. Copy the best to your ears, then add that bass you’re looking for. Slow release more bass. Check your notes rolling off the bass to early. I know a few people who have had great results from those , I will ask when he’s back in the country

LF bass filtering set to 2P +4(dB)

I don't think that I EVER heard a nice-sounding Optimod! I really don't like clippers - no matter how they're set up, they always introduce distortion. The Optimod is just a multiband clipper, and we took on (and beat) Orban about 40 years ago. With a simple delay-line-based limiter, I could get a really "dense" sound, but without any "pumping" (because it "sees the peaks coming") and without the objectionable distortion that clippers introduce.
These days, delay lines are harder to do in hardware, so a move to the digital domain can ensure perfectly levelled, undistorted audio!
