Hi what software are people using now to control a PC remotely.

TeamViewer used to work great.

It would also automatically boot when a PC was switched on.

But team viewer doesn’t work anymore.

What software do stations use now to control PC remotely?

Use "Remote Utilities".
Needs free registration for up to 10 computers, at least it was this way last time I checked. Then there is the paid versions for pro users.
Not as fast for file transfers as teamviewer but very configurable and has a lot of features oriented for maintenance.

Anydesk works quite well and works on Windoze, Linux and Pi! :tup

The only issues I've had with it are sometimes there is a little lag (probably due to weak 4g more than Anydesk). Some programs don't appear exactly like they do on the "viewer" pc. Had a challenge trying to remotely de-install a browser software that was messing up the startup.

Also its good as you don't need to know the IP address unlike other remote software :smoke

Anydesk and simple USB relay card from Ebay is good option.
