Underground - 6200-6400 Shortwave station from UK 10 years back

The guy had a very deep and recognizable voice on SW. he did a few other things more local and did Radio Dinosaur as well.

Anyone know if he left the pirate scene. PM fine if on the low down.

Edit: XTC almost weekly.

I dont know, I dont anymore remember how Underground did sound.
