93.8 Vibes FM - 19dB

I don't see how 89.6 can only be 7 watts? And 107.3? Last time I was down reprezent was easily heard in Windsor and there's a station also on 107.3 in Wallingford only about 23 miles away are you sure it's not that one ?

No I completely agree and even made a thread about this, I don't see how 89.6 can only be just seven watts either but that's what the data shows. viewtopic.php?t=3676

....And no it was definitely NOT the station in Wallingford because I checked this straight away first and their Listen Live stream was completely different and after I'd checked it to see it wasn't them I went back on to the Remote Tuner to see the RDS now clearly on the display showing "ALBUMHDS" viewtopic.php?t=3684

You can check out this tuner yourself here and have a scan, 107.3 is still on air as I speak: https://dxtuner.iankelly.co.uk/
(The FM reception on this receiver is extremely good to be fair, so this Album Heads Radio could be anywhere, but I did hear them mention Camberley, Surrey in regards to introducing a record they were playing saying something like "and now for something closer to home from Camberley")

I can confirm 99.8 was indeed them as there's audio now.

....There was a bit of a "lift on" last night, either that or they might've made some slight improvements to the Reading Tuner's FM reception.
Last night I could receive many more stations and some signal readings have increased.
