Sounds like multiple fm rig oscillators interfering with each other drifting about causing audio anomalies. Interesting find.

The "ghosting" sound is caused by cars driving past traffic lights when Microwave isn't linked.
....The LNB is obviously facing down towards some which are quite close by and picking up the weak signals, and as the cars drive past it creates those sounds.

Wind blowing under a door?, I heard similar phase noise at the end of it when tuning 100khz off my 1w up at ilkley moor. Traffic lights are often a place were you get lots of interference on fm, don't imagine someone would be able to dx any stations if they lived outside of one, would be an awful lot of crackling.
