Checked out her website - she's a bit of a strange leftie with some peculiar ideas. She used to be some kind of "mental health worker".... Make of that what you will. Looking at some of her writing, it seems she likes to sneer at anything that doesn't accord with her weird beliefs, so it's probably best to avoid.

I'm curious to know what you mean by the mental health worker remarks and how it has any particular relevance to ones abilities to be a competent journalist?

Lee - it suggests that journalism is an affectation rather than a professional choice. I've come across too many of these wannabe "journalists" - they're common in some of more left-wing reaches of political internet sites.
