Thanks EFR but it is not that , we need to get the good datasheet , because the number confuse between schotky diode and igbt transistor and ldo regulator .

So then you need to open more about that device, and what that component is doing on it.

Btw, it has an old Onsemi logo on it, so just mail to them and ask.

You've insisted it's not the diode, but if it is, it's confusing because it has the old identification code. I saw a photo in a store in Bulgaria that has it from old stock and it's identical. So, it's definitely the diode. If this is from an old Mercedes, as you say in another forum, it makes even more sense.

If it is from old 1990-2005 Mercedes, it is diode!
