Currently I have more medium wave pirate stations than I have on fm. I have 3 mw stations receiveable which are radio North 846 radio star country 981 and radio blackbeard 1494 and 0 on fm in county derry. Does this happen in any other part of the nation that mw out numbers fm.

I would say this is a very common thing for everyone in the UK, especially with nighttime exception. I did a nighttime band scan about 8 months ago where I was able to receive 52 stations on medium wave. I think FM was only 17
