First fm serious breach

Something I found interesting, spurious signal led to the operators turning it off, it was in breach with it been off air, sounds like no contact was made during the timeframe, it was there for found to be in breach, by not been on air not making any contact, something like clause 9a or something.
makes me think of moby dic something on board a boat when the word breach is used
Interesting the tx was inspected in 2024 found to be working, in febuary 2025 they switched it off, must of gone wrong, found to be in not working order (oh no), apparently the original tx was stolen.
We get to know abit more what happens behide the scenes at these things, which is interesting. I feel abit sorry for them don’t know if I should or not, wonder if they had someone there who could maintain the tx.
