I used to get UK's Finest on there a few years ago, then Sub Zero.... but now just deadly white noise, and of course us 20k up.

UK's Finest and Subzero used to come from a different location very west out of London and not very far away from Oxford.

That's right, Uk's Finest were on the Buckinghamshire boarder, I'm pretty sure I know where without saying too much, Sub zero, it was a much weaker signal here but you could still get it.
Was it run by the same people?

Yeah UK's Finest used to be solid in parts of West Wiltshire (Westbury, Warminster, Trowbridge) and they locked on in the car going past Swindon along the M4.

....Subzero was nowhere near as strong and although it came from the same area I think they used a different site and lower power. It was audible in Andover centre but only strong on top of the hills.

Same people.

UK's used to have a good site, I walk my dog around those parts and the signal was literally 60 over 5. Sub Zero was in the nearest town from there I believe.

It was from the same hill, without saying too much UKF was on a much better site from that same hill, I speak to the owner on a regular basis and I've known him for 20 years.
