Voice of Africa have had there licence revoked over 5 times since they were awarded a licence in 2007, they recently lost it in Nov 2014 due to broadcast production copyright issues( think they relayed a BBC programme).
After 7 months they managed to pay their fine and come back on according to Ofcom, I think it's about time voar gave up and let touch fm have their frequency back.

Heard this horrible mess at my house in Worthing the other day, they obviously put out a strong signal to be heard down here. 200w ERP or what ever they have is far too much, 200 fucking milliwatts is far too much!

There pushing 25watts of clean transmission from e13, agree that even a milliwatt is too much. They need to move to AM

They were when they were on 94.3, but since they moved to 94.0 they've been using 200w.

VoAR has also been given approval for a power increase from 50 Watts to 200 Watts (an increase of 6dB).
https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=ssl#q= ... r+increase

PDF file at the top of the search.

Looks like they were on 50w before they got given 200w, all legit.

Just to clarify, is 94.0 now Touch or still VOA? This is all getting very confusing here!

Drove past their site today, they can't even put a dipole up correctly. Would imagine a good amount of rf going up to the sky and ground lol
