hi mate
yes i have used this but it looks like an older version i had - this one looks updated.. i also have a 40/50w tx from same geezer.. seems to work ok - posted previously - mine seems a little temperamental on start up and sometimes doesnt kick in always - i always presumed this was somesort of swr protection.. i remember old albert - saying something about the stereo version of this though - think mine was mono input.. this board deffo looks different from the version i had.. i have one of these that i have broken too..

I found that the one I tested put out a nasty 2nd harmonic when it was low down on the bottom band, but it seemed to be ok when we tested it anywhere 100MHz+.

Most of the time you have to skip transmitters build with a BH1415F chip.

Gigahertz, I sent RFhead a couple of PM's on seperate occasions asking about his driver boards and best postage to the UK but didn't get a reply, so I think he might be dead.
Seeing as though this Greek exciter isn't up to much does anyone know of any other reasonably priced ones?

No it's a design that made by my father 30 years ago.
He had a company called stentor and made this design and let it produced by a company called printjoenit/ropla and many shops were selling this fm module
So i thought it was time to sellebreat that it is 30 years ago that the stantor came on the market
At that time there were not many fm transmitter kits on the market and most pirates using tube transmitters
It was the best selling transmitter ever because it was a simple design and giving 5 watts of power
witch was a lot in the begin 80s
But also the FM dial was almost empty so he was using a VFO
I made a new design with minimal parts and good/stable and clean
It will cost about 50 gbp for a complete kit
