Having a listen on a WEBSDR I came across a Suffolk SDR having a tune I came across a station on 107.6 playing hiphop/rap. I dont know the city/town as the SDR just states Suffolk I cant find any info online, ppl speak on a mic but hadnt ID the station.
RDS comes up with a mobile number but very broken so couldnt catch it
Must be a pirate due to the language of tracks

Nice one. Need more round this way tbh. As for Cambridge ,a massive catchment has nothing going on the FM at all. Potential if sum1 would dare !

Can you link to the SDR?
There are 3 Suffolk tuners on GlobalTuners.

Hmmm.... With a 95% signal strength they must be very very close.

It's best on 'Suffolk 3' on there. The other two SDRs don't get it so well. They are all run by the same guy though, so might be in the same place.

Yeah I'm guessing they all are as the signal is very similar strengths

Sounds like a student RSL/community station the way they are all talking to each other, they mentioned a few venues in Bury St. Edmunds. It's definitely not legit though as the RDS is fully scrolling with just a mobile number, it's also in Mono. Haven't heard an ID name still though...

Bit random how I found it, The SDR was free so thought I would do abit of a band scan.
Definite a pirate as the swear words in the tracks !
Wonder how many stations like this are running up and down the country that this forum is unaware of?
There maybe be a few ppl who have equipment but dont switch on regular

Just seen this post. Funnily enough I also stumble upon this station at the
weekend via Global Tuner. It was playing a good house and trance mix at the time.
Also heard indents. Was just a strong blank carrier on Sunday with slight hum.
Tx has been turned off now, so maybe a weekend thing??
Shame no other good online sdr's around the UK.

That's a bit of a mouthful, maybe that's why I've never heard anyone announce it.
