Essex: active stations?

I am totally out of the loop and spend very little time in the car nowadays. I've read through some posts this morning but I'm a bit all over the place with regards what stations are on air at the moment in Essex? I did just check the frequency listing post for outer London pirates but I'm not sure it's correct? Would someone give me a run down of what to re-tune my radio to, last night on a short drive I heard stuff on 92.1, 94.2 and 101.3. Thanks in advance!

Rise stopped a while ago mate.
98.3 is a station called DontTest. They play more my end of the dance music spectrum...Hard Dance, Hardcore, DnB, Techno, Gabba, etc.

Also been a 91.6 pop up recently too but that was only up for a night (Testing)
